It looks like the gloves are coming off -- again -- in Denise Richards' and Charlie Sheen's custody battle. After months of playing nice, Richards was back in court this week to request her two daughters be "protected" from her ex-hubby. The actress' attorney, Neal Raymond Hersh, says she is seeking "the assistance of the court to obtain orders to protect her children" from Sheen, reports People magazine. She believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children," Hersh says. "This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise's shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children." Though the court documents have not been released, Access Hollywood claims that Richards filed papers accusing her ex of "inappropriate behavior ... and conduct," including "his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts."
